Shape Leadership was founded by Kate, Maria and Steve in 2018 with a vision to support the development of authentic leadership and to create high performing and happy teams. We have over 60 years experience between us working across sectors, with a huge diversity of clients and experience. We are all qualified coaches with the International Coaching Federation and experienced facilitators.
