We delivered a bespoke Leadership workshop at City Hall to 60 women working and aspiring to work in the construction industry, to mark International Women’s day 2020. Kath Moore MBE and Director of Women into Construction said
'The workshop was dynamic, well structured, inclusive and interactive. Kate and Maria created a safe space for participants to share their experiences and learn and grow, whilst making the work-shop interesting and fun.
One participant reflected ‘I absolutely loved the team building activities and how interactive the whole event was’.
In response to the current climate we are delivering a range of workshops online.
'It was really good to take some time away from work and everyday stresses and speak to other people. It’s reassuring to know that we’re all in this together and good to hear from others about how they are feeling. There were some really useful tools and tips about resilience and I will certainly put what I have learnt into practice. I came away feeling positive and invigorated! Thank you!'
'I thought the delivery between the three facilitators was excellent. Not only did this workshop give me some useful change models , it gave me space to think about all the emotions I am experiencing. I also enjoyed the diverse range of job roles on the call.'
'After coaching I feel more confident about expressing what I want to happen and feel empowered to influence those decisions'. Nicola KPMG
'As a result of my coaching I have a new job that I really wanted, doing something I feel passionate about, Thank you!' Manon, Operations Manager
